PRACTICE SCHEDULES:

Miami Rowing Club - Key Biscayne
Saturdays - 8:00 a.m. to stretch/warm up
On the water - 8:30 a.m.
Return to dock - 10:15 a.m.

Wednesdays - 6:00 p.m. to stretch/warm up
On the water - 6:30 p.m.
Return to dock - 7:30 p.m.

Bring at least two bottles of water with you.
See you then.
